Y5-48 boiler centrifugal induced draft fan is designed for industrial boilers (1~20T/h) that burn various coals and are equipped with smoke suppression devices. The maximum temperature shall not exceed 250 ℃ for those with equivalent air inlet conditions and suitable performance. A dedusting device with an efficiency of not less than 85% must be installed before the induced draft fan to reduce the dust content of flue gas entering the fan, so as to improve the service life of the fan.
The induced draft mechanism is single suction. The machine numbers include № 4, 5, 6.3, 8, 10 and 12.5. The fan can be made into right rotation or left rotation.
The outlet position of the fan is expressed by the air outlet angle of the fan housing. The "left" and "right" can be made into six angles of 0 °, 45 °, 90 °, 135 °, 180 ° and 225 °.
The fan is composed of impeller, casing, air inlet, regulating valve, transmission group, etc.
Impeller: there are 12 backward inclined flat blades, made of 16Mn, welded between the arc cone wheel cover and the flat wheel disc. After static and dynamic balance correction, it operates stably and has high strength.
Casing: it is welded into a volute shaped integral structure with steel plates and fixed at the inlet side of the casing with bolts.
Air inlet: It shall be made into a convergent and streamlined overall structure and fixed at the inlet side of the casing with bolts.
Regulating valve: the blade of regulating valve is flower shaped, and above № 8, "left" and "right" turn to universal. The volute plate is also provided with an ash removal door, which is convenient for removing the ash accumulated on the blade and in the casing to ensure the balance and pneumatic performance of the impeller
Drive group: composed of main shaft, bearing box, pulley, etc. The main shaft is made of high-quality steel, with rolling bearings and water-cooled integral bearing box. Therefore, it is important to install water pipes. The water consumption varies with the ambient temperature, generally 0.5~1m3. The bearing box is equipped with a thermometer and an oil level indicator. The lubricating oil is No. 30 engine oil, and the lubricating oil is No. 30 engine oil. The amount of oil added shall comply with the requirements of the oil level mark.
