809. 9-12 type high pressure centrifugal fan is a special fan matching with the melting rate of 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7t/h cupola, and can also be used as a body for blowing and conveying air and non corrosive, non spontaneous combustion and non viscous substances in various furnaces, forging and smelting furnaces. Other fans with similar performance can be selected, but the temperature of conveying medium shall not exceed 80C, The medium contains no more than 150 mg/m of dust and hard particles.

The 8-09 and 9-12 fans are single suction fans. The 8-09 fan has five design machine numbers of 6.8A, 7.1D, 8. D.8.5D and 9D; the 9-12 fan has five design machine numbers of N06.8A, 7.1A, 7.4D, 7.7A, 8D and 9D.

8-09 and 9-12 fans can be made into two types: clockwise rotation or counterclockwise rotation. When viewed from one end of the motor, all impellers rotating clockwise are called clockwise fans, which are expressed as "clockwise", and vice versa.

The outlet position of the fan is expressed by the outlet angle of the casing. The "forward" and "reverse" fans can be made into three angles of 0 °, 90 ° and 180 °.

8-09 and 9-12 fans are composed of impeller, casing, air inlet, transmission group, seal, base, etc. For N7.1, 8 and 8.5 models of model 8-09, the overall structure is adopted, while Ne 8 and 9 models of model 9-12 and N9 models of model 8-09 adopt the local assembly structure.

Impeller - The impeller is designed according to the new high efficiency forward fan theory. After the impeller is shaped, it is subject to static and dynamic balance correction and overspeed running test, so it operates stably and reliably.

Casing - it is welded into a volute with ordinary steel plate.

Air inlet - made into a convergent streamlined integral structure, fixed on the front cover plate with bolts.

Drive group - composed of main shaft, bearing box, coupling, etc. The spindle is made of high quality steel. For 8-09 type No7.1 and 8, use rolling bearing grease for lubrication; for 8-09 type N08.5, 9 and 9-12 type Ne 8 and 9, use rolling bearing grease for lubrication.
