4-68 centrifugal fan
1、 Purpose of fan:
4-68 centrifugal fan (hereinafter referred to as fan) can be used as general ventilation.
The service conditions are as follows:
1. Application site: as indoor ventilation of general factories and large buildings, it can be used as both input gas and output gas.
2. Type of gas transported: air and other gases that are non self igniting, harmless to human body, and non corrosive to steel materials.
3. Impurities in the gas: no viscous substances are allowed in the gas, and the contained dust and hard particles are not more than 150 mg/m3.
4. Gas temperature: not more than 80 ℃.
2、 Fan type:
1. The air blower is single suction, with 12 machine numbers including № 2.8, 3.15, 3.55, 4, 4.5, 5, 6.3, 8, 10, 12.5, 16 and 20.
2. Each type of fan can also be made into two types: right rotation or left rotation. When viewed from one end of the motor and the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called a right rotation fan, which is represented by "right". Rotating counterclockwise is called left rotating fan, which is represented by "left".
3. The outlet position of the fan is indicated by the outlet angle of the casing. "Left" and "Right" can be made into 0o, 45o, such as 135o, 180o, 225o, a total of six angles.
4. Drive mode of fan: A, B, C, D, A type is adopted for № 2.8-5, which is directly driven by motor. The impeller and casing of fan are directly fixed on the motor shaft and flange plate (D2/T2 type for motor); N06.3-12.5 adopts cantilever support device, which is divided into two transmission modes: C (belt drive pulley is outside the bearing) and D (coupling connection transmission); № l6 and № 20 are B-type cantilever supporting devices, which are driven by belt, and the pulley is in the middle of the bearing.
3、 Structural characteristics of main components
№ 2.8-5 of 4-68 fan is mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet and other parts equipped with direct connected motor. № 6.3-20 Besides the above parts, there is also a transmission part.
1. Impeller: 12 backward inclined wing blades are welded between the cone type wheel cover and the flat type wheel disc. All of them are made of steel plate, and after static and dynamic balancing, they have good air performance, high efficiency and stable operation.
2. Casing: the casing is a spiral shape welded by ordinary steel plate. The casing is made into two different types. № 2.8-12.5 casing is made as a whole and cannot be disassembled. № 16 and № 20 casings are divided into three halves. In addition to being divided into two halves along the horizontal plane of the split, the upper half is divided into two halves along the vertical centerline and connected with bolts.
3. Air inlet: it shall be constructed into a convergent and streamlined overall structure and fixed at the inlet side of the fan with bolts.
4. Transmission group: composed of main shaft, bearing box, rolling bearing, pulley or coupling, etc. The spindle is made of high quality steel. № 6.3-12.5 four unit fans are of integral structure of bearing box. Thermometers and oil indicators are installed on the bearings. Two parallel bearing pedestals are used for № 6 and 20 two unit fans. Thermometers are installed on the bearing pedestals and lubricated with bearing grease.
