The insulator box has lead wires, and the negative pole is fixed at the bottom. The insulation box is made of large diameter porcelain bushing and special sealing materials. The top cover and barrel body of the incubator are internally insulated with aluminum silicate fiber, thus ensuring that the incubator is more reliable and energy-saving.
4. Flushing system
The upper part of the anode tube is provided with an intermittent spray device. Clean the anode tube and demister with clean water from the process tank. According to the actual operation, flush for 5 minutes every 24 hours. The flushing water and flushing materials directly enter the circulating pool of the absorption tower.
5. Electric heating system
The dust collector operates under positive pressure to prevent condensation and insulator pollution. An electric heater is installed in the insulation box to make the insulator insulation more reliable. The insulator box is equipped with heating device and automatic temperature control device, which can provide uniform heating and accurate temperature detection, effectively prevent fog from entering the insulator box and prevent moisture condensation.
