2、 Bearing

The service life of the booster is closely related to the bearing. Gradual wear may change the shaft position until the impeller rubs against the cylinder block or roof. Sudden bearing failure usually has serious consequences. As the blade shaft assembly is no longer supported and correctly positioned, the sleeve and gear will be extensively damaged immediately after bearing failure.

3、 Transmission shaft seal assembly

The assembly consists of two independent lip seals immersed in oil and located in the drive end cover. If the oil level of the oil gauge is considered to rise, it indicates that there is too much oil leakage through the internals and it should be replaced as an assembly. Unless the seal or its bearing surface is damaged, there is little possibility of leakage through external components. In addition, the flatness of the shaft has a considerable impact on the performance of this type of seal. Operation problems may not be caused by broken components. Because the clearance is only a few thousandths of an inch, changing the installation or pipe support will cause interference and friction.

4、 Casing

Foreign materials entering the casing may also cause some problems. If you encounter such problems, but find that the inside of the sleeve is clean, disconnect the pipe, loosen the mounting bolt, and recalibrate the drive alignment. After installation and fastening, please confirm that all pipelines have been correctly connected before reconnecting.
