Y5-47 type boiler centrifugal induced draft fan is a boiler induced draft fan with a total pressure efficiency of 90.5%, which is designed to adapt to industrial boilers (1~20 tons/hour) using various coals and equipped with smoke suppression and dust removal devices. It can be selected for those with similar air inlet conditions and dual performance, but the temperature shall not exceed 250 ℃.

At present, there are many industrial boiler series, the quality of coal used is very different, the resistance of dust collectors equipped is different, and the air volume and air pressure of the induced draft fan required are quite different. In order to adapt to the above situation, considering the economy of the fan, except for the induced draft fan equipped with a 20 ton boiler, which requires a large power and is directly driven by (D type) coupling, the others are driven by V-belt (C type), It can not only meet the requirements of configuring various dust collectors for boilers of the same tonnage by using different rotating speeds with one machine number, but also reduce the fan series and machine numbers, and it is convenient for the user to change the spindle speed according to the actual situation to obtain the desired air volume and air pressure.

The induced draft fan is single suction with seven machine numbers of № 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 12 and 12.5.

The induced draft fan can also be made into two types: left rotation or right rotation.

The outlet position of the fan is indicated by the air outlet of the casing. The "left" and "right" can be made into three angles of 0 °, 90 ° and 180 °.
