Inspection rules

(1) Test classification

There are two types of product inspection: installation inspection and type inspection.

(2) Installation inspection

1. The installation inspection shall be carried out by the manufacturer's quality department according to 1.1.

2. Qualification verification: all qualified test results meeting the above requirements are qualified; If there are unqualified items, they shall be repaired item by item until they are qualified. If the repair is still unqualified or cannot be repaired, it shall be deemed as unqualified.

(3) Type test

1. Inspection conditions

The product shall be subject to type test under the following conditions:

Small batch trial production before new products are put into production;

Significant changes in design, process and materials used;

Stopping production for more than one year before resuming production;

The national quality supervision authority puts forward the type requirements.

2. Inspection items and methods

The inspection items are all the technical requirements specified in this standard. The test method shall comply with the provisions in Chapter II of this standard. The comprehensive acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB 50184.

Qualified determination

Inspect according to the above requirements. If all the inspection results are qualified, the batch of products will be judged as qualified. If there are unqualified products, double the sampling inspection of unqualified products. If still unqualified, the batch of products will be judged as unqualified.

(4) Packaging

2. The words, signs and patterns outside the packing box shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 191.

3. The packaging shall consider the convenience of lifting, handling, long-distance transportation, multiple loading and unloading, climatic conditions, etc., and shall be suitable for water and land transportation, and shall not cause product damage, quality deterioration due to improper packaging or partial loss.

(5) Transport and storage

The storage place shall be rain proof, sun proof and waterproof. The product shall be rain proof during transportation 。
