1. Electrical system
Wet electrostatic precipitator The power supply of the generator is provided by the main project of the power plant. The voltage level of the high and low voltage power station and the neutral point grounding mode of the power system of the power station shall be consistent with the main project of the power station.
Wet type Electrostatic precipitator The working power supply of shall comply with DL/T 5153.
High voltage power supply of wet electrostatic precipitator shall comply with HJ/T 320 and JB/T 11074.
DC system shall be set according to DL/T 5044.
The selection of electrical equipment of wet electrostatic precipitator shall be consistent with the main project of the power plant.
The selection of electrical facilities shall meet the requirements of GB 50058.
The selection of electrical facilities shall consider the requirements of surrounding environmental conditions on electrical facilities.
High voltage power supply area of wet electrostatic precipitator shall be equipped with maintenance lifting device. The lifting height shall meet the height from the high-voltage power supply to the ground for maintenance, and the lifting weight shall be determined according to the heaviest weight of the high-voltage power supply.
2. Control system
Wet dedusting The control system of the device shall adapt to the main work of the power plant and comply with the provisions of JB/T6407.
The control level of wet electrostatic precipitator shall be consistent with that of desulfurization process system, and shall be included in the control level of desulfurization process control system.
The wet electrostatic precipitator shall be equipped with various remote and local instruments to meet the requirements of normal operation, monitoring, adjustment, protection and economic calculation.
Centralized monitoring shall be carried out for wet electrostatic precipitator to realize the startup of wet electrostatic precipitator, monitoring and adjustment of normal operating conditions, shutdown and troubleshooting.
The protection system instruction should have the highest priority, and the event logging function should be able to provide the reason information of the protection action.
Important thermal measurement items should be set with double or triple redundancy.
3. Construction requirements for wet electrostatic precipitator
Wet electrostatic precipitator The construction of the project shall comply with the national and industrial construction procedures and management documents.
The project construction shall meet the relevant requirements of the design and technical documents.
The equipment, materials and equipment used in the construction must obtain the product certificate of the production enterprise to meet the relevant national standards and applicable standards.
The construction unit shall comply with the national mandatory standards on labor safety, health, fire control, etc. issued by the relevant departments of the State and the relevant technical specifications for construction.
During construction, the overall air tightness of wet electrostatic precipitator shall be ensured to avoid leakage of flue gas and liquid.
All electric porcelain products shall be subject to withstand voltage and insulation tests before installation and meet the requirements of JB/T5909.
Electrical installation shall comply with DL 5190.2 and GB 50303.
Routine tests such as insulation measurement shall be carried out before installation of rectifier transformer. Test items and test environment requirements shall comply with DL/T5161.3.
