Wet electrostatic precipitator General requirements and design process of collection system
1 Collector
The collector can be tubular or plate type.
The collecting rod shall be of integral structure and shall not be spliced. The surface shall be flat without mechanical scratch.
The collector shall ensure that the conductive layer is well grounded, and the grounding resistance shall be less than 2 ω。
The collection should be very modular, and the specifications of modules should be unified.
The collection shall be designed to prevent short circuit of flue gas.
The collector spacing is 300mm~400mm.
2 Discharge electrode
The discharge electrode shall be made of materials with good conductivity to meet the requirements of high-voltage discharge.
The discharge electrode structure shall be designed to reduce swing, and the swing amplitude shall not exceed ± 3mm under design conditions.
The pole line type with low voltage and no ash deposition shall be adopted.
All electric porcelain products shall be subject to withstand voltage and insulation tests before installation, and shall comply with JB/T 5909.
The incubator shall be provided with anti condensation and scaling measures, which can be heated by electric heating or hot air.
3 Sprinkler
The industrial water of the spraying plant can be used as the water source, and the water quality shall meet the requirements of JB/T 11638.
The water supply pipeline shall be equipped with filtering device.
The contact part between the spraying device and the air environment should consider whether to need thermal insulation according to the environmental conditions.
4 Heating device
When heating with hot air. The temperature in the insulation box shall not be lower than 65 ℃.
When only electric heating is used, the insulator wall temperature shall not be lower than 110 ℃.
5 Sewage system
The pipes of the sewage system shall be made of corrosion-resistant materials.
The sewage system pipeline shall be installed with water stop device.
The pipes of the sewage system shall be equipped with insulation and heat tracing devices according to the environmental conditions.
Under the condition of not affecting the water balance of the desulfurization system, the wastewater without alkali regulation is discharged into the wet desulfurization system.
The waste water after alkali treatment can be discharged into the wet desulfurization system.
