1 Scope

This standard specifies Wet electrostatic precipitator Technical requirements to be followed in design, construction, commissioning, acceptance, operation and maintenance. This standard is applicable to flue gas treatment after wet desulfurization in thermal power plants, and can be referenced in other industries.
