2. The filter bag and filter box are worn. In the case of strong abrasive dust, the wear amount can be considered to be in direct proportion to the dust concentration.
3. Whether it is necessary to pre collect dust. Pre dedusting is to add a primary dedusting equipment in front of the inlet of the deduster, also known as pre dedusting.
4. Ash discharging capacity of ash discharging device. The ash discharge capacity of the ash discharge device shall be based on the ability to discharge all collected dust. The amount of dust is equal to the inlet dust concentration times the treated air volume.
5. Operation mode. The bag filter can be divided into positive pressure and negative pressure operation modes. In order to reduce fan wear, the positive pressure operation mode should not be used when the inlet concentration is high.
The outlet dust concentration refers to the outlet dust concentration, which is the same as the inlet dust concentration. The dust concentration at the outlet shall meet the local environmental protection requirements or user requirements. Generally, the dust concentration at the outlet can reach below 50g/Nm3.
