1 Basic requirements

1.5 Manholes, valves, instruments and other common operating parts on various tanks shall be equipped with fixed platforms. Stairs, railings and platforms (including maintenance platforms) shall comply with the provisions of GB 4053 (all parts).

1.6 All kinds of boxes and pumps shall be arranged in a centralized manner. According to the ambient temperature, the pump tank area shall be provided with tight shut-off devices. The enclosed area shall be provided with heating and ventilation facilities. Heating and ventilation shall comply with GB 50019.

1.7 The nozzle shall supply water at constant pressure.

1.8 Electrode plate flushing and cathode flushing shall be adopted for intermittent operation.

1.9 The anode spray system can be set for continuous or intermittent operation according to flue gas conditions: when the concentration of S03 at the inlet of wet esp is greater than or equal to 20mg/m3 (standard state), the continuous spray mode is adopted; When wet Electrostatic precipitator When the concentration of S03 at the inlet is lower than 20 mg/m3 (standard state), cross intermittent spraying should be adopted, and the intermittent time should not exceed 30 min.

1.10 Circulating water tank can be set or not set according to the nature of smoke and dust.

1.11 The device is generally self circulating, and ash water separation system should be set.

1.12 All tanks and pumps shall be equipped with liquid level safety interlock control.

1.13 All kinds of water tanks are made of ordinary carbon steel. The internal surface is coated with anti-corrosion materials and lined with glass flakes. The volume of water tank shall meet the buffer demand and shall be consistent with the inflow (or flow) of LH.

1.14 The alkali storage tank shall be made of stainless steel or glass fiber reinforced plastic box, or ordinary carbon steel lined with rubber box. The capacity of the alkali storage tank shall meet the requirements of 7-day use of alkali liquor.

1.15 Valves, pipe fittings, pumps and other materials shall be reasonably selected according to the nature of the transmission medium.

1.16 The water quality of spray water shall meet the requirements of JB/T 11638.
