1. General rules
Wet electrostatic precipitator The device mainly includes flue gas system, collection system, sewage system and electrical control system.
The wet electrostatic precipitator can be divided into one type and two types according to the layout, and can be divided into vertical type and horizontal type according to the structure.
The wet electrostatic precipitator shall not be equipped with bypass flue.
Wet electrostatic precipitator The material contact with wet flue gas shall meet the corrosion resistance requirements. After wet desulfurization, it can adapt to the flue gas environment.
The wet electrostatic precipitator shall be equipped with manhole door to meet the needs of maintenance.
The equipment availability shall not be less than 98%.
The whole service life of wet electrostatic precipitator shall not be less than 30 years or meet the requirements of unit service life.
2. Flue gas system
The flue gas system comprises a flue, a shell and an airflow balance device.
The flue and enclosure shall be designed in accordance with DL/T 5121 and DL/T514.
The flue gas velocity shall not exceed 15m/s.
The flue gas velocity in the collection area can reach 1m/s~4m/s.
Wet electrostatic precipitator shall be equipped with flue gas sharing device. The root mean square difference is used to evaluate the uniformity of air flow distribution in the inlet section of the dust removal device. The root mean square difference shall not be greater than 0.15. The test method of air distribution coefficient and the calculation method of root mean square difference shall comply with JB/T 7671.
Heat treat the flue gas system according to the service environment.
Wet electrostatic precipitator Fixed maintenance platform shall be set at the manhole, valve, instrument, drill hole and other frequently operated parts of the device. The design of platform escalator shall meet the requirements of dlgj158.
Drainage systems should be installed where water may accumulate.
